I would like to thank you for your outstanding customer service. The bed bug treatment quote from the professional company was ridiculous. Since we implemented the new equipment we purchased from you, we haven't had any problems after with the treated units, our tenants are completely satisfied and they are not getting bit at night no more. In addition, we aren't paying for throwing out peoples infected couches, mattresses, etc. This has been an ongoing problem on the property for years. The set up guide was really easy and the outcome has been remarkable saving this company thousands of dollars! Once again I would like to commend you for your help in the process and would definitely recommend you to other property managers!
